Johnny is a home inspector in the Joplin 4 state area. After spending 15 years in the construction field when covid happened between the prices of materials going through the roof and finding good help Johnny decided he was burnt out on construction and wanted to do something different. With his background in construction it was a small leap to go from that to home inspections. Johnny prides himself on his thoroughness and detailed reports and ability to teach new homebuyers what they are getting into and how to handle it.
